What is the 12-Week Intensive?
The 12-Week Intensive is a transformative mentoring program delivered entirely online. It is designed to guide individuals through a comprehensive personal growth and spiritual development journey using a combination of video lessons, exercises, and interactive resources.
How does the 12-Week Intensive work?
Upon enrollment, you will receive login credentials to our online platform. Each week live sessions are held for an hour to an hour and a half and you will receive materials ranging from video lessons, worksheets, reflective exercises to group discussions. You can access these materials at your convenience in your online account.
How much time should I dedicate to the program each week?
The time commitment will vary depending on your individual pace and the depth of engagement you desire. On average, we recommend setting aside 1-2 hours per week to watch the video lessons, complete the exercises, and reflect on the content. However, you can adjust the time according to your availability and personal preferences.
When and how often are the live sessions?
The live sessions are held each week and last from an hour to an hour and a half. If you miss a live session can request access to the recording. The day of the sessions will be announced for each group.
How many people are in a group?
Groups can range anywhere from 5 to 20 people (married couples are joint accounts). We encourage spouses and those planning on getting married to attend together if possible. There is no extra charge for one additional family member to attend.
